Re: FRF Watercooler / BS Thread 2016 (V2.0)
I'd tear the rotten and beat up wood, get down to the framing, and start rebuilding from there (and replace some of that if it went down that road, grrrrrr). Shim, trim, whatever it takes when installing the new door.
*What's the deal on the backflow valve; we don't have those in houses here (current code does require one on sprinkler systems, they are simple devices, mount outside of the house, cost maybe $50-$75 and only because they are brass .

It's in one of our big commercial buildings. I don't know a lot about them either.

Doors didn't fit shower, was specific for plastic surround. They bought tub and doors 2 years ago, so no return. Gonna mickey mouse some shit and get paid.
Random dog from another county (based on vet tag) showed up, friendly as hell. Vet answered but wasn't at office so no help.
He's fucking huge

Re: FRF Watercooler / BS Thread 2016 (V2.0)
Get to take my Focus in to the dealer for a PCM reflash, hurray! Brandon found a TSB on it for my exact issue.
Exact issue was everythings fine then all of a sudden it falls on it's face and loses all power, and then you find your foot to the floor in 3rd gear attempting to maintain 60mph and failing. Literally wouldn't rev up at all. Would just stay at it's RPM. Took 30 seconds to get to 40mph with my foot to the floor leaving a stop light.

His probably wont either. The TSB actually states that after the next key cycle (ignition off then on) the vehicle will operate normally.
