Also got to put a starter in a CR-V tomorrow, which is actually fairly stupid. Intake has to come off.

Kind of like that lexus that got towed in.
No start, intake has to come off to access starter to measure voltage and what not.
Took the intake off and had voltage. Starter wouldn't turn over so I put a new one on it. New one wouldn't turn over. Started thing and hooked a ground up for the starter and it bumped over. Ended up a ground strap had frayed apart. Spent 7 hours diagnosing that. With r&r the starter 3 times

I know this needs a starter, I was able to smack the fucker with a prybar and it was able to turn over after that, lol.

Thought for first it just needed the battery cables tightened. Lady put a new battery in it, and they were loose as shit.

Last year I went to work on my day off to pick up some parts that came in. I got out and I hear someone beating the hell out of something. Walk in the shop and one of the guys is hitting a battery cable on with a dead-blow. I asked him what the hell he was doing and he said the cable end wont fit on the battery. He didn't take the cap on the negative terminal and was wondering why it wasn't working.
Same dude a month later on an older vehicle put another battery in. This time the cable end loosened enough to slide over the cap. I watched him do it. He got in and went to start it. Got out confused as to why it wouldn't start. I said hey ******* you done it again
