Default 95 Ford Bronco Eddie bauer build

As some of you know, I got rid of my F-150 so the warden could get a nice vehicle to daily. Made sense financially because it puts us in a better position to be able to get into a nicer home in the near future. With that being said, I still needed a 4wd with cargo room to haul stuff from time to time. I looked at quite a few things, including wranglers and xj cherokee's, mid 80's 4 runners, obs f series trucks and suburbans. Wanted more of a project so I could tinker with it without upsetting the boss. Ended up focusing on Broncos because I could take out the rear seat and still have plenty of room to haul stuff, has a receiver so I can pull a utility trailer if needed, and the top comes off which is an added bonus for a toy. Not to mention you can practically build one out of a catalog which is nice. After waiting 6 months to get a RHD master cylinder for the Z, its refreshing that I dont have to worry about if I can find parts.

Anyways, I looked at alot of them. From 1500 dollar complete piles ready for the scrap yard to really like examples that were in the 7-8k range. I actually made an offer on a more expensive one that still needed some love and was turned down. Ended up settling on this one..

(old pics, i know lol)
95 bronco Eddie Bauer
4x4, 5.8L, 3.55 gears
factory 31s and leather
3 owner vehicle

Needs work but for the price I couldnt complain. It was substantially cheaper over the others I was looking at. Infact, Including all of the parts ive ordered, Im still right around my offer price on the one I really wanted and this one is a little cleaner.

stuff that will need to be addressed
Passenger side spring rusted though, which is why it leans
pulls a little while braking- (radius arm bushing are doneski)
ductaped lower radiator hose
ABS light
exhaust manifold tick- Shorty headers in the future
tune up with a bump in timing
overall cleaning of the frame

Ordered items

4" lift
2 more shocks for the front since this one has the quad shock option
extended front and rear brake lines
new brake bleeders all the way around
new radius arm bushings
new upper, lower radiator hoses and oil cooler
35x12.50r15 bfg Ko2's
15x10 Ultra 194's

Call Matt and have him come tear it apart. Hid POS will look like new when done.

I am looking forward to whatever you do with this thing!

Nice, you'll like the quad shocks, improved the ride quality greatly. Planning on regearing?

yep, e4od. And no. Its going to be a mall crawler for the most part. Occasional light trail riding and sand. But that would be the extent of it. Since I know/found someone who can actually align the ttb properly, I think the ttb will handle what im going to do just fine.

No, I did alot of reaserch and it seems like the 351/e4od combo with 3.55s will handle what im going to do just find. If its terrible, I will regear eventually

Might want to look at a trans-go tugger kit for the E4OD, one of the best things to do even if your not beating on it. You wouldn't need to drop the Trans to do the front pump mod if you didn't want to. When I did mine it was around $100.

The TTB really isn't all that bad and there are some serious off roaders that run them, modded of course. I'm sure it will serve you fine. Most likely the pivot bushings are toast. Should be able to tell when you lift it.
I'm pretty excited about this build.

The TTB will be fine, my stepdads bronco struggled with the 33's a little bit, but since your only doing light wheeling you'll be fine, thought you were going to do harder stuff with it.
