Let's hope! When I bread and bake them I usually leave them in the brine for a full day or two....so fucking delicious and simple
it's not difficult, the pain in the ass can be keeping it lit and at the proper temperature. and not messing with it, leaving it alone can be tough lol

Here's the recipe I used. For the brine just put a cup of water some salt and other seasonings and boil. Add 2 cups of cold water and then put the chops in for however long you want

Also usually they don't have to cook for 45 minutes. Usually I have really thin boneless chops

Well, I was told long ago, that if one has a job and they know how to do it and have done that job for many years, one can call themselves a "Pro" No matter what that job is.
