I put them in a brine with fresh Rosemary, onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
The brine is good but I usually dip them in olive oil and Italian bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese and bake them.
I've been wanting to start smoking and Grilling for a long time so we'll see how this turns out haha

it's not difficult, the pain in the ass can be keeping it lit and at the proper temperature. and not messing with it, leaving it alone can be tough lol

Here's the recipe I used. For the brine just put a cup of water some salt and other seasonings and boil. Add 2 cups of cold water and then put the chops in for however long you want

Well, I was told long ago, that if one has a job and they know how to do it and have done that job for many years, one can call themselves a "Pro" No matter what that job is.
