Also, unless you've programmed it, the speed limter kicks in a 92. So if you were clocked over 92, obviously something is wrong.

Sounds like some good news may be coming your way. Keep us posted. It feels like it'll be a victory for all of us, as crazy as this thread has gotten.

Of course it's tuned. Who runs stock tunes anymore?

I know for fact anything over 92 would no be just a court date. My friend was clocked doing 95+. He went straight to jail and was charged with attempted vehicular manslaughter.

Lost his license for 2 years and did not get his car back.

No, it's not. What you said was:

A little different huh.

I don't believe it You could be the exception to the rule, however I tend to not believe your friends story.

I don't know about where you're from, but in Indiana it's a law and they HAVE to show you. If they refuse to show you, take it to court and the judge will pretty much say fuck it.

My uncle is a state cop for Indiana, and my aunt used to be one for Indiana too. I get told things haha

Wow. So your telling me, in Indiana, a police officer will just randomly choose a car to stop for the hell of it. Then they will lie about your speed to write you a ticket because out of all the people in Indiana they felt like fucking with you. And they felt like going to court probably on their day off to testify to a lie when they could have done it the correct way and not had to hassle with it later. Or your saying police corruption is so rampant in Indiana that judges know about it and dismiss charges just because the officer didn't show you a speed which means they are lying...........And this indisputable knowledge you have comes from your uncle a cop and his wife an ex-cop?
lol...classic.

The whole thing makes no sense. Most radar units are mounted in the cruisers now anyway. You can't just take a dash mounted radar out and drag it up the road with a 50ft wire to show to the idiot who doesn't believe you.

This claim further makes no sense, in as much as Indiana Code TITLE 9, Article 21, Chapters 1 through 21 (covering "Traffic Enforcement") make absolutely no mention of any requirement by law enforcement to show radar readout screens to speed violators.

...but then, I base my opinion in this matter on a foundation of information maintained by the Office of Code Revision Indiana Legislative Services Agency and published online, and not on the say-so of some random person on the internet who "hears things" from an un-named aunt and uncle who hold, or formerly held, unspecified positions in state law enforcement in the state of Indiana.

You're lying or he's lying. I don't really care. Your blanket statement that "cops lie 90% of the time" is total bullshit. More often than not, it is the civilian who is angry about getting caught, or in denial about possibly being wrong that is lying.

If you and your friends have had SO MANY experiences with the police pulling you over, I think it's your integrity that is more in question than the police department's. Perhaps you guys should slow down or stop breaking the law so often?
