The Integra had projectors and I can tell you they made a world of different in output.

Not overly surprising once in your possession....I've heard most of your vehicles aren't given the chance due to vehicular suicide.

I'd give that thing 2,000 miles tops.

The correct and proper way to install HIDs in a vehicle is to do a projector retrofit. I'm not sure if you can even do so or if it will even be beneficial because of the lenses on your stock assemblies are not clear. If you can find aftermarket assemblies with clear lenses then a retrofit is possible.

What year did you say this truck was?

The 7.3 is a dog compared to the other Ford diesels. Its not overly slow but go hop in a 6.0 and you'll feel a noticeable difference.
