Default got my first place
moved out of my dads house which was 55 miles one way from work to this little townhouse that is only 15 miles from work. 2 decent size bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms and a nice deck on the outside. kitchen is kinda small but oh well cant have everything

That's not bad, a place like that where I live would be in the 900 a month range.

nice place, congrats DJ. rent seems cheap for what you got too. i'm hoping to get my own place soon as well, but rent prices up here are insane, so I've been looking to buy.

big question, does it have a garage?

it does not. I had to make a compromise somewhere. They want stupid money for places with garages

$775 a month... wow! here, a small one bed/bath apt goes for around $1000.
