Most guys buying these truck are buying them to haul equipment, turn the into douchebag ride, and most of all haul the wife and kids comfortably while towing the boat to the lake or towing the travel trailer on a camping trip. I bought mine because I wanted truck that could actually carry some weight in the bed, tow a trailer, and still be able to get out of its own way.

To each their own. I buy the truck that does the job I need it to do. It happens that the Ranger fits the bill for me. No flash, no glamor, no show. It just works. If someone feels they need a platinum package F350 to do the job and the mortgage payment that goes with it, more power to them. It's their money, not mine.
