Obviously a swig of fireball does nothing to anyone.

If a swig of fireball impairs you then you have much bigger problems.

I would have fired him the moment he showed up to work with 35x12.50's on a 6" wide rim.

Usually people that drink during work have much bigger problems. Unfortunately for you, this isn't the place for psychological advice.

It's about drinking while on the clock you dumb shit. Smelling like booze. Poor decision making skills. If people are dumb enough to do this, they are dumb enough to do a lot of other things they shouldn't. While I know you have no clue about managing people, you also seem to have no clue about what it takes to be a good employee either.

The person that drinks on the job has bigger problems. Just like the person that feels they need to hide booze. Alcoholism.

I think he has no clue on general. I would say 95% of the people here wouldn't make it a day with me on the job

I used to do hard ass labor when I was 16. Busting re-bar out of concrete with a sledge hammer. Had to do it quick too.

I don't miss managing people. But I was good at it. It can be like a cross between herding cats and being a kindergartner teacher, but people like him were easy to deal with.
