I'm not even sure what size the flowmaster tips are but they look terrible. Way to small for the cutouts in the bumper.

Offroad x pipe is being purchased next paycheck. Buddy has a UPR for $100 so I'm snagging it. Should be able to turn the rear O2s off with my tuner.

$100 for an x-pipe is a good deal. You'll like it, it will add a nice tone to your 2v.

I need to have the car retuned or something adjusted on it because I think it should make more than 239 rwhp....
With the CAI, the bullitt intake and exhaust it should be making more than that. From what I've read Bullitts came with 5 more hp than regular GTs making them rated at 265hp. Unless I'm thinking wrong....

He owns a 99 2v and I believe thats what it came off of. Really can't wait to ditch the flowmaster catback it has and get something that actually sounds good on it.

Also it sounded like my IAC valve started howling today.....I really hate those things.

239 with the amount of mods you have is ABOUT right, actually.

The mods you have, are good for maybe 280-290 HP at the crank. A RWD car with a manual transmission, you get about 10-12% reduction from crank to the tires.

So lets just say you got 12% reduction off 280. That leaves you with 246. So it's off by 7 hp from what you actually dynoed out.

Oh ok. I was thinking it was low.
239hp 279tq. After 5800 rpm the power bombs out. Rev limiters at 6200

I wouldn't get your panties in a bunch over dyno numbers. There's so much that comes into play with getting numbers. Humidity, temperature, quality of gas, the type of dyno you are on, how the dyno is calibrated, etc, etc.

If everything was ideal for high numbers that day, I'd say you did alright for a 14 year old car with 120k+ miles on it.

I wouldn't be worried about it unless you dynoed under 220. In that case, yeah, somethings off.

Do you have an oiled filter? Mustang IAC are very moody with oiled filters and after awhile they start to go. I'd swap out for a dry filter.

My car with your mods made 229rwhp/270rwtq and I have an auto (hence the less hp than yours). So those #s are correct. Don't feel bad, use it as motivation .

Exactly. When I first dyno-tuned for the Kenne Bell, it was a 100 degree day and made 372/375. Second time was 75 degrees and I made 381/384 and the last dyno-tune was 62 degrees and I made my current #s of 392/393.

The tuner themselves is also a determining factor in #s.

^ Exactly this. When it comes to any "dyno numbers".............

I'm not. It just seemed low. I'm used to Rangers so I never cared about horsepower numbers. Never cared to know what my Integra made.
I found a dyno sheet in the trunk of the bullitt and it peaked my interest
