Actually, if that's your picture you OWN the rights to it and they could be sued for using it without your knowledge/permisson.
I ran into this problem with my Mach 1. Someone grabbed photo's of it I posted in a forum and was using them in full and photo shopped on their website in advertisements for the product they sold.
I now get brake parts EXTREMELY cheap for it lol
