Need Some Advice

Alright my mom and step dad have been married for like 2 years and he is a complete *******. He treats my mom like crap and lately it's been getting worse. They are now fighting every single day and she doesn't even realize it. My grandma just moved in with us and now they had a huge fight today and he was talking shit to my grandma. That is just wrong in my eyes.

He doesn't have a job, he has no car, he steals shit to get by and has gotten caught and he has a past history with it. So now the court says that he needs to come up with 5500$ by June 15th or he is going to jail for 10 years. I couldn't be more happy. Then it turns out my mom took money out of her 401k to pay for it. She hasn't told him yet but i can't believe she is going to do this. She gave me the money to hang on too so he doesn't find it and it's in my safe.

She has a good job and calls off all the time for him. She has probably missed 30+ days this year. She is the only one bringing money in and she can't lose this job. I tell her all the time how bad it is to be with him and they argue everyday. I can't put up with this anymore.

The reason the fight started today was because i went to wash my truck and i used a bucket that was in the garage. He flipped on my mom saying i never asked to use it and it's his and blah blah. It's bullshit reasons.

Oh yea and we found out he is kind of cheating on my mom. He says that he is trying to make it look like he is so when he gets locked up we alkl hate him and he won't feel as bad but idc it's wrong to do.

I just don't know what to do anymore and need some help.
