Manual hub conversion
I've got a 1999 Tacoma with 4wd that doesn't work when I took it to a mechanic they said it's just because the vacuum lines for the hubs aren't working or something, would doing the conversion fix this and could I do it myself or is this a professional grade job?

Go to tacoma world, post under the 1st gen section. They are helpful over there
