Tundra has a 4.6 or 4.7 V6 as their smaller engine. It is a dog though. 5.7 or nothing on those.

radio and display is probably an APIM module---common on a lot of models.
trans is new to me.
Defrost is iffy on what it could be. Last one I saw come in it was the light in the button didn't work so the customer thought the defrost didn't work and kept pressing the button over and over
