Cliff notes..."Parker Nickolas Heser was arrested Saturday after the Montana Highway Patrol received a report of a wrong-way driver about 25 miles east of Billings.

Court records say Heser's blood-alcohol level was 0.316, nearly four times the limit of 0.08 percent at which a person is considered legally intoxicated. A breath test at the jail registered at 0.221 percent."t would make most people drift in/out of consciousness.


What a winner, I mean, keeping it between the lines for 25 miles on an interstate freeway with a BAC that would cause most people to either pass out awhile back or drift and out of consciousness. Judge is gonna be real pissed, .32 = very ripped or a seasoned, acclimated alki.....
