Funny thing is, the 4r70w auto is built better and can handle more power and torque than the 5 spd T3650 manual which is what you have.
The T56 that is in the terminators is better but even that gets swapped out for the 4r70w because the auto trans performs better in drag racing applications than the T56.

It's fun maybe where you are since you don't have traffic, but here in LA manuals suck lol. Try being on the 405 freeway at rush hour doing the 1st to 2nd and back to 1st shuffle the entire way.

Haha - Damn guys! I think I'm doing fairly well for not even owning the car for 2 weeks yet!
Nothing crazy - but I made the appointment for my 3M tint to happen on Saturday.
The place I go to offers two different 3M lines of film.
The FX 'Premium' line (Lifetime warranty) or the ST 'Standard' line (3 Year warranty).
They had a bunch of choices on the 3-year warrantied 3M stuff, but typically only do 30, 15 or 5 in the lifetime warrantied 'premium' line.
When I looked up their premium 30% - It actually has a variable light transmission( VLT) of 35%. So I talked to them & they will 'custom order' some of the 3M FX Premium 25% for me (Once I showed that it was available). The FXPM-25 has a VLT of 26% which is about what I was after.
It won't be too dark to make it a pain to deal with (those days are way behind me) - However, it will get me away from the 'fishbowl' feeling of nothing.

25% is too light for me lol. I have 3M 5% on the ranger and mustang all the way around. Lifetime warranty against peeling and fading and my tint guy comes out to my house or work and does it on spot.
I want pics of the new wheels once they're installed .

Yeah, I've been there...those dark ones definitely look good, but I found it a pain after awhile.

my '98 has the 5% on the back window. At night the window is useless. If you want to know if you are about to back into someone or not you have to open the slider. While the dark is good for keeping it cool, I personally like being able to see out of my windows at night.

X2 my fronts are 45 and I think the back is 30. I wish the fronts were darker but even on my unlit driveway its a pain in the ass to back down it
