That seems kinda high.

Thats a great caliber 4 carrying out in the field. My 327 sp 101 is a little heavier. Would like something lighter for protection from lions when I bow hunt, but 4-5 bills used seems high.

Not possible for many of us. the nearest range that will let me rent a gun is about 5 hours away

I'm sure gun prices are probably way different in WA where I think this guy is from and Kentucky where I'm at, but I had the 642-2 airweight with crimson trace on it and only got 400 out of it. Gun Broker usually has about the highest prices on guns around. Here is what I found at www.budsgunshop.com. That is why I use gunbroker.com, its basically the highest end prices around

IF you paid 600 you got reamed. next time check out prices online before you buy. I just saw one here locally in Port Angeles for 505.00 and this place tends to run high
