Well I'm not pulling the sleds or anything, just want to be able to hook up chains with a friend who thinks his suburban is top shit and show him what real muscle is

Traction is key. And he'll have more on the back end of his. Good luck to your transmission

I know he has more weight, a lot more. I've got never tires and hoping I'll be able to get the jump right away and be able to pull him around the block. Plus his suburban is lower, so it will be putting more weight on my back end too

so you are playing tug of war with trucks? cause if so, wow that is dumb.....
see vid

just dumb, dangerous, horrible idea.

You being almost 16, i would tell you to just not do it....
you will not get much respect here due to the fact it is a dumb idea.

but if you choose to do it 4wd put in drive, and go for it.

one of you 2 will need to change a bunch of parts......

personal
I think you will lose against a suburban
as long as it is 4x4

There heavy and have plenty of traction

who own your 2005 F250 5.4 automatic that is your daily driver?
is it in your name? or is it mommy and daddy's. cause i would think trying to play tug of war with a parents vehicle may be interesting to hear the outcome.

Now this is my dads truck. I am buying the truck from him when I turn 16. Although he doesn't drive too much as I usually drive him around because I love driving it. It will be under my name once I buy it, and he will not care because it will be my truck. It has newer tires, and I am going to put some weight in the back because his truck weighs about a ton more than my truck.
