Flash and dry are two different things. When it flashes its still sticky.

base coat isn't sticky at all between coats that's what flashing is the solvents flash out therefore that coat is "dry"

yea it was a 6'' long run...i was so pissed lol...im not shy with clear coat lol...here are pics of the finished product





we did a lot of work to that truck

They were giving me shit because we give it 8 hrs before we hand over painted vehicles to customers.
