Well, my manager comes in about 8 minutes later almost fuming, ready to strangle the guy. He agreed to warranty the battery out, but he told the guy that he will refuse to honor any other warranty claims from this customer. He then told the other associate working with us to install the battery. Well when that associate was installing the battery, the customer mentioned being retire mlilitary. The guy installing the battery was also retired military. Well the customer then told my co-worker that he was in a lesser form of service and not as honored. Well my co-worker almost lost it because of that, but he managed to finish the install and get back inside.

So all in all, this guy managed to piss off three different associates. If I ever see him in the parking lot again I will tell him to leave on grounds of harassment because my manager said this guy has done this before. And if he doesn't leave, I will be calling the authorities to remove him.
