We love both of those shows!
Did you see the one where Chumlee made a drink out of raspberry schnapps, apple schnapps, orange vodka, and some sparkling pink liqueur, then made them all drink it? That was hilarious!

They do what they call "free style picking" They travel back roads looking for
places most normal people would stay away from. More out building the better chance they will stop. The more the grass is grown up around everything they will stop.
They also have a girl that works at their shop. She takes phone calls from people if they say they have stuff. 9 out of 10 times those phone calls lead to nothing valuable. They score big on "free style picking"
The Hobo Jack was a phone in lead that actually paid off.

American Pickers I liked but I think they just dont make any money of some of their trips, they pay $25 and sell it for $50, I think most of the money they make are spent on GAS, FOOD, MOTELS. but it has a lot of good info.
Pawn Stars rocks, I'm a pawn shop buyer / reseller, I buy a lot of stuff on pawn shops and resale them, and I find this program very interesting and informative. Chumlee is the best

Chumlee is the best | I'm sure they are paid through the history channel in some way. There is probably ALOT that is not shown that they buy also.
