The guy must work for a concert lighting company, It's probably controlled by a $3000 MacBook Pro with all kinds of custom switching equipment and good old iTunes.

I would hop they turn that off at bed time. would be hard to sleep
My wifes boss had a company come out and do lights set to music and stuff. It's pretty simple setup. You would think it's complicated
