First off, wtf is hdmi component.

Second, i get full 1080p out of my regular composite wire.

Third, you can use the tv "information" (or whatever its called on your tv's remote) to see the current definition.

Fourth, NEVER EVER EVER buy your cables are walmart/futureshiit/worstbuy, you live in ontario, check out tigerdirect or even dollorama (dollar store), i bought a wire for my ps3 3 years ago for 10$ @addison, and the one i'm using for my xbox, 2.50$ @dollorama.

Fifth, i hooked my consoles to my tv directly, since it has a dolby digital 5.1 decoder and good speakers (sony, expensive but worth it!), i just forgot about hooking the sound system, it's in my room as we speak lol.

wow, that's a lot of points.

Anyone for a soccer match?

Btw, with hdmi, the signal passes or it doesn't, no such thing as better cables anymore since it's not analog.

Well I was always told that the gold connecters were better..
But the hdmi component is what the cable that came with the xbox(that has the r/w & r/b/g cables) is called I believe.. could have just made that up in my head but I'm pretty sure that's what it is..

I believe you have made up a word sir, you should trademark it asap, then sell it to monster cables so that they can rip off more people haha.

About the gold, that was true back in the analog days, but no longer in the digital age

Hell, my 2.50$ cable has "gold plated" endings

Got a Q: are you guys as annoyed as i am when you see people ramming into you to pass, or just speeding in corners because they know the areas where it doesn't slow down?

Or do you guys do it too

I do this against AIs, I speed up in corners just so I can lightly bump into their cars and overtake them. I dont do it online since its cheap.

Consider yourself lucky you didn't pre-order it.

They came out with a season pass that costs 30$, soooo expensive........

I want the season pass, but that would cost 30$, which means forza 4 would have cost me about 120$ for ONE SINGLE GAME!!

It's a bit much if you ask me.

Eh its a small investment compared to Call of Duty DLCs . So i will be getting it in a few months.

COD games
$70 each (Cod4, WAW, MW2, Black ops) $280
Map packs approx $20 each (IIRC 1 Cod4, 3 for Waw, 3 Mw2, 3 Blackops) $200
$480 of pure hacked, camping, glitched B-S thats the same for every game.

Suddenly $120 for a great Racing game seems cheap to me
