press F1 from your desktop (help window will appear) and type OHIO 1234567890IIIHO should solve the problem

Most laptop keyboards are replacable. You'll have to order it from Acer, disassemble, and replace.

In the meantime, you can plug any normal desktop USB keyboard into the laptop.

also, often if you're suddenly finding a *bunch* of keys that stopped working, it's likely that the flat ribbon cable connecting the keyboard to the motherboard has:

a) broken, causing some contacts to no longer make connection, or
b) moved, causing some contacts to no longer make connection, or
c) drank too much coffee, soda, water, alcoholic mixed drinks, or beer, causing [...] some contacts to no longer make connection

careful inspection of the keyboard and the ribbon cable(s) [there may be more than one!] should tell you which case this may be...

the least likely cause of these sorts of errors is:

a) the laptop was securely encased when not in use, never dropped, never had anything spilled in or on it, and was always handled properly.
