Default Recording Music from an Electric Keyboard?

So my dad owns a Casio WK-1630 electric keyboard and I'm trying to figure out a way for him to be able to record the music he plays. He is basically looking for a way to preserve the music that comes out of the speakers.

I thought about just using the headphone jack as a means to plug into a laptop microphone port but if anything is plugged into the headphone jack no music comes out of the speakers, and he plays largely by ear so that wont work.

I know there are some MIDI ports, but I have no understanding on how that works.

Anyone know the best way to go about this?

Thanks for the quick reply. There isn't a USB port and im not sure how I could go about using the keyboard soundcard as the sound card is internal.
