just wondering, i do downlad sometimes, and im wondering what site you find the torrents on, the only one i know of is thepiratebay.org

and i know a lot of people are against it, but for the most part i use it to see if i like the music, i will get a few songs and if i like them, then i will buy merch from them or a cd.

AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! dont use pirate bay!!!!!! ive personally fried 2 laptops by downloading from pirate bay. like legitimatley fried the motherboard because of viruses and such.

if your using a mac, then its a totally different story.

some good websites are isohunt, torrent reactor, demonoid, and kickass torrents

and if you just want audio from youtube, search "youtube to mp3" on google, and the first link is your best bet at top quality sound. the website will tell you what to do

It works pretty well. I've never used the program that Stephen posted up. I always just used video2mp3.net. If you do low quality, you get it faster, but they suck. High quality puts you in a line.

I'm gonna try this program though, lol.

use download helper on firefox for youtube videos which will get you just the audio if you want.

I also use demonoid for tv shows or harder to find music.

yeah i just tried demonoid, im really liking it so far, a lot more selection than pirate, and apparently safer lol. i usually do a full computer scan after i download music lol

I use piratebay and demonoid.. Just be smart, read the comments, look at the size of the download compared to the description of the download... Say your getting something like Eminem Discography... Its not going to be a 5mb download.. If that makes sense!

Biggest thing is reading the comments! Never gotten a virus.. downloaded over a Terabyte worth of music, movies, programs! Also a Comp. Sci. Major!
