I might just have to get this... i have a crappy phone now and i am available for a new contract so looks like this could be the one. just thought i'd start the thread. i'm about to go read up on it now!

Dude, its so worth it. I love my 3G. I'm pre-ordering mine as soon as possible. I just wish it was on verizon...

I'm gonna pre-order the 16GB. i dont need 32GB at all so i'll take the 100 i saved and get 4 free months of data... haha

I have 10 gigs of music and I take tons of pics and will take tons of vids too so I need the space lol

haha i have 8 gigs of music and i'll take a few pictures here and there but not many and i'll take a few vids but not many so i figure 16 will be plenty. hopefully i'm not wrong.

I thought 16 was too much, except my music... I was surprised at how fast if filled up

true ture. i got my 8 gig itouch a few years ago thinking it was way more than enough and now its full :/

I have a 16gb Itouch and that thing is filled. Between apps, music, pictures, and movies it has about .3gb left. Good thing I have my 80gb Classic.

i cant wait for September 1st when the new itouch's come out. i get a new one every year except last year because all they did was put a faster processor in it and my itouch right now is fast enough already lol but the new one's i so hope they put camera's in it finally!! and like the new iphone4 with a camera on both side so you can skype on it. Im a apple guy and i just love how apple creates new items to buy! gets me all excited to get one lol

haha well i guess if i had anything other than music mine would probably have close to 16GB... i had to remove Apps all together to give it more room for songs. But i dont really use my itouch to its full potential. its hooked up to my audio system in my truck and i never touch it... haha.

i'm considering the 32GB now but i doubt i'll get it... 16 should be enough because i dont have any movies.

if your like any of the guys in my hall, you'll have an iPhone, and an iTouch (why you need both, IDK, but they have something against having music on their phone...)

That was actually the whole point of me getting an iPhone, so I didnt have to carry an iPod and phone too, and it still syncs with iTunes (which Droid does not).

haha yeah i was just talking to my mom about that... i think people have forgotten what made the iphone so amazing when it first came out. the biggest thing was the combination of a phone AND the iPod. now its just a really cool phone and people have almost forgotten that its a fully functional iPod.

what bugs me even more is when people have it just cause its a cool phone, and dont use it to its full potential... then its about as functional as a mall-crawler.

or even worse, is when you have someone that can barely operate a ten-digit corded land-line phone, and barely operate a computer, then they get the iPhone... WTF is up with that?

..makes about as much sense as wiping before you poop!
