That's a put together album of songs from different albums and released songs. It's got Not Afraid, Airplanes Pt. 2 which are new songs, but it also has songs off of Relapse like Drop The Bomb On Em, Elevator, Crack a Bottle. The songs on there aren't new, but it's somewhere to find the newest songs of his.
