Default Business for sale - CA

Not sure if this is where this belongs but it can be moved if in the wrong place.

This is my listing from another site.

NEW LOWER PRICE!!!!

LOOKING TO DEAL!

MAKE OVER $100K YOUR FIRST YEAR, and you call the shots!

Believe it or not, last month was our highest grossing month in 2 years! I am guessing it is a result of the "weeding out" process. All the budget competition has gone out of business! -2 Rhino stores, 2 no name stores, and even 2 LINE-X stores that weren't run properly, are out of business in our area! That means "ZERO COMPETITION!"

Unfortunately, we are leaving the state this summer! Come make us a deal!

Previous post:

Hi,

FIRE SALE! (Not literally, but we are willing to deal)

We are leaving the state!

Shoot me an email if anyone is interested in buying our store.

Well established, 10years. Huge client base.

Business is completely turn key!

Open the shop door tomorrow and start earning money!

We also specialize in truck accessories and industrial spray applications. I will help train you! We also spray foam insulation; a market that is virtually untapped in this area.

We "were" listed with a broker for $189k. This includes everything you need to work today. Shop is very well maintained and includes everything from work benches and cabinets to spray equipment (with spares) and compressor. Willing to carry paper with proper collateral. Will reduce price for cash! Even in a down economy, shop is still making money. Lets talk!

Shop/show truck also available. 02 Ranger Edge 11k miles, perfect condition!

Located in El Segundo, CA. (Los Angeles)

Let me know if you are interested. Serious inquiries only.

Here is a quick detail of our monthly expenses:

I rent and right now I am month to month. My landlord is not a property management company so he is quite reasonable. He would love for me to sign another long term lease but he also knows I've been trying to move for sometime now. He doesn't stress about it. I pay $2800/mo. (3200 sq/ft with 13 parking spots) The building is set up to accomodate work/live conditions if desired. There is a show room, two offices, break room, two bathrooms, shower and hook ups for washer/dryer. We have been here for over ten years! In the past he has given me the option to purchase the building but I knew I was leaving the state so it wasn't in my best interest.

Phone- $150/mo
Elec- $150/mo
Water -$50/quarter
Trash - $80/mo
Insurance- $200/mo

So that's roughly $3500/mo.

We took in about $300k last year. Obviously there is Cost of Goods Sold, so it's hard to give you a figure of what I made.
This number can change from person to person depending on what you want to charge for items. Most items you buy have a 30-50% markup. So take 15% for overhead and the rest is yours. My rule of thumb is roughly 30 percent of the total number; so last year I cleared roughly $100k give or take. (not too bad in a crappy economy) My single best year I cleared over $300k (2006).

There are currently NO EPA concerns due to the fact that our LINE-X product contains no measurable amount of VOC'S. It is heavier than air, so it falls to the ground in the spray booth. Also, the cured
LINE-X product is actually potable. This means you can eat off it safely! That said, you don't want to stick your head in a barrel of this stuff; that could ruin your day! We keep everything sealed! There is no reason to expose yourself to these chemicals. So it's pretty safe!

The accessory side of things is pretty straight forward. We order daily from distributors and have some contracts that are pretty steady.

If you are serious give me shout and we can sit down and talk numbers.

Thanks for your interest!
Jeff

If I hit a small Lotto, you'll be my first phone call. I wish this was in N. Texas

Hope someone jumps on it and does you proud.

Best of luck

Dave

I have determined that most mechanical / electrical challanges are directly connected to the nut that connects the steering wheel to the drivers seat.

Hmm, if this were in San Fran, we'd already be talking. . .
Could I have pics of the facilities and property.
