Alright, so my fuel filler neck rusted out on my truck and being that I'm on a student's budget, paying $300 for a new one doesn't work.

Hey Sorry I was out in the middle of nowhere with no cell coverage for a couple weeks.

I actually found one on a truck in the middle of a field, so problem's solved.
@Rangerplus, an 03 wouldnt fit on a 98, thanks anyway.

Not that it matter now, but you have me curious. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the fuel system (tanks/filler necks, etc) hasn't changed since 98.

I was just basing that off of all of the pasts sites listing them as 98-00, just led me to assume that something changed after that.

I don't need the metal portion of the filler neck, but the rubber going to the tank is disintegrating -

Can anyone lead me to the correct part - ebay only shows the metal piece for the 2000 ranger 6 cyl 2wd that I have.
