hay what i did is put 2 new style fuel filters on mine and get rid of that junk. mine kept leaking after i got it sealed i get it sealed then 2 weeks later i get a leak again.... so i went do to the local auto parts store and told them i wanted to look at their filter selection. they wanted to know what year make model i told them there is not one i was building some thing so they let me look. i dont remeber the part numbers but i found two that would clip in and seal and it worked so far been running 2 years now. good luck. they where about 20-30 dollars each but i spent that in fuel that went on the ground.

just make sure you put the right two together! i had to follow the lines up to make sure i put the pressure side on the right one. plus i had someone flip the key on to see what side was the pressure off the tank i use a bottle to keep fuel from spraying everywhere but the helper only flip it on then right off just long enought for a short spray of fuel. hope this helps.
