Default Someone from the U.S. please HELP!

Hi pals from FRF!

Here is my issue (one of them, to be more presice)

I need to replace the CAMSHAFT SYNCHRONIZER and also BOTH OXIGEN SENSORS from my Ranger.

The problem is that I live in uruguay (south america) and I cant get the original parts here, I want to buy MOTORCRAFT ONLY.

I was wondering, if its possible, if any good mate can give me a hand.
What I can do, is to send the money via Western Union, offcourse I pay here all the fees and shipping cost. We can arrange via email, but I would be really happy if someone can help me.

My vehicle data is:

1996 Ford Ranger Regular Cab, V-6 3.0L manual transmission;
VIN: 1FTCR10UXTPA78180

MOTORCRAFT PART NAME: Engine Camshaft Synchronizer
MOTORCRAFT PART NUMBER: 12A362

Thank you very much!!!!!

I thought you posted that your engine light is currently off. If this is a sporadic issue with these engine codes, I'd recommend inspecting the connections and spraying them with some contact cleaner/waterproofer.
Watcha think?

The sensors are all ok, no ecu error codes. The only things I have to change is the camshaft synchronizer, not the sensor, the synchronizer.

mickblock, thats a good idea, I did it yesterday, cleaned all the engine bay and the connectors too.

What codes are you setting? Also inspect the connector under your driver seat, it very prone to water intrusion and corroding. FYI, I am a certified ford tech and can help you diag the truck over the internet if you need help private message me.
