Re: St. Louis Meet?
Is this going to end up like Rangerfest? Everyone gets excited then doesn't show up

Re: St. Louis Meet?
I contacted the Museum of Transport, asking about holding a gtg in Oct. The nice lady is going to call me tomorrow with some info. I will post anything she says. IF this is do-able. IS everyone on board with the Museum as a meeting place? Not sure of the dates available.
If there is another location instead,...speak up

Re: St. Louis Meet?
I have no problem with the museum, depending on the dates.

Re: St. Louis Meet?
This is the info I got from the museum. We need to make a decision very soon. so I can reserve us the space. Here are the dates/times.
Let me know.
Email I got from museum
Hi Michael,
The dates I have open for your event are as follows:
Saturday, Oct. 12th @ 8:30
Saturday, Oct 26th @ 8:30
Sunday, Oct. 13th @ 10:30
Sunday, Oct. 27th @ 10:30 All the gathering times are ½ hour before we open so we can assure your parking spaces. Please make sure you call to reserve one of these times. It seems to be a busy time of the year.
Group Rates for admission would apply to your event. If your group members would like to visit the Museum exhibits only, we could offer you tickets at $4.00 each. However, if your group would like to visit the Museum and also like to ride the train, the cost would be $6.00 per ticket. I would request that you call me 2 days ahead of your event to guarantee the number of admission tickets you would require.
