I know anybody that lives in Arkansas or Missouri better be there!

The ones with '?' by the names are ones I haven't heard recent confirmation of. So. If you have a '?' by your name, or if you aren't on the list, let us know, so we know if we need to get more suites, or cancel some.

Nobody will be technically sharing a room. Each suite has two bedrooms with a master bath in each. Basically, a room within a room. Each couple will get a bedroom (and master bath), and if we have extra singles, they can take the pull out queen size beds that each suite has two of. Each suite is actually two one bedroom flats connected by a door. So each 2 bedroom suite has 2 bedrooms with master baths, two living rooms with queen size pull out couches, two kitchens, and two balconies.

As far as payment goes, all the rooms are currently reserved under my name. I was figuring we would split the cost of lodging evenly among those who actually stay there. So I think best bet would be to either come with cash, or paypal me payment at the meet, and I'll pay for it with my plastic that it's reserved with. I have already paid the first night on the rooms to reserve them, so they are half payed for already. I do need to know at least 72 hours in advance who's gonna be there, so I can cancel one of the suites if it won't be used. I have until 72 house in advance to cancel and get a full refund of the reservation cost. If we utilize all the rooms, it's cheaper for all of us, but figure around $55 a night per person/couple. if you want to sleep on a pull out instead of a separate room to lower the overall cost, say so, and I'll adjust my list accordingly.
