dunes is closed till april.

Been to the mounds in the cold man that sucked imagine if you will Frozen mud on the side and under of your truck stuck ($60 later at the quarter car wash) and frozen mud ruts... no thanks not again

Could just hit up Yankee Springs trails and hope not to find a water hole. Never really been out there so I really don't know the trails at all.

Yankee is roughly in the middle between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. It is just a bunch of state land that has seasonal roads running through it like a lot of gov forests do.

Notice the trail to the right? Well thats full of jumps, banked curves, hills and more, plus there are alot of trails hidden in the forest, I once jumped a 97 F150 4ft high without even trying. The only problem is DNR, but of like the 20 times we went there, we got busted just once. Also their are some people doing target practice, and since is hunting season I wouldnt even bother going now. But once its spring or summer you should check out that place.

Well . . . you go always go for option 2 - snowmobile. The 2nd most needed vehicle in Michigan.
