OK guys so grab some popcorn because I have had the craziest new years eve eve so far(I once woke up in wisconsin and don't know how I got there and this beats it.)

So I went over to my buddies house to get the tortuous and I knew it had head problems but I wasn't worried because he lives like a quarter of a mile away. I got there and he tells me that it's at his uncles shop.

I was a little irritated at this point because I didn't know where his uncles shop is and I really didn't want to drive a car with problems to far. He tells me "it's in sartell man, I'd take you out there but I have to go to an appointment"

Sartell is a fairly big city(area wise) but the closest part is only a 10 minute drive from me. So I hop on de old google navimagation and I start heading out there. First thing I notice is that his uncles shop isn't in sartell limits. It's about 15 minutes outside of that. So it's about 30-45 minutes away depending on traffic. But they are all back roads so I'm not really concerned YET.

So my buddy drops me off and asks if I want him to wait. I said just give me a second to figure this car out. I tried starting it and realised it was going to be a little bit but it would start. So I told him to leave. About half way into it I wanted to figure out which fuse controlled the fuel pump so I could pull it because I may or may not have flooded the ****wagon of a bitchcar.

So I pulled out my little smarty phone device with verizon that is supposed to give me 4G anywhere... I geuss the middle of fucking nowhere when it's -10 out doesn't count as anywhere. I was on 1x and I couldn't even load google. So I started calling everyone and the only people who answered right away was my friend alex who doesn't understand his **** from his Ahole and didn't even understand what to google so I hung up on him. The next 2 people said they would text me. After waiting for 15 minutes for a text from either of them and about 15 more people not answering I finally got a hold of my brother who googled it for me and I plucked a couple of dem black relay lookin devicers and played with the throttle(which at this point was getting stuck every time we moved it even an inch)

So after playing with it for about 20 more minutes we finally got it started. I was so happy I was gonna grab my snow sweeper device and start a scraping and then that bitch broke on me because I was using it as a prop rod because the shock towers were doing me no good.

So I finally got all the snow semi-cleared off to the point that I could drive so I left out on my voyage and all was grand and fine. I noticed that the tank was empty, bone dry empty, so I headed towards the gas station. When I got there I noticed I forgot my wallet in my buddies car so I just though "well jeepers I'm an honest looking white guy who doesn't look like i'd steal a credit card maybe he can call in with my card number" Nope they said they don't know who is on the other line with a stolen CC. SO FUCK.

Here I am waiting for my buddy to drive another half hour back to bring me my wallet and the car dies. Whatever we jumped it when he got there, put more antifreeze in(half of it was oil I swear).

PS the smell of fumes is so strong all the windows are down and the heater doesn't work.

So now the "fun starts" He was following me home and I got onto county road 2 about 3/4 of the way there and this half dead car jumps out of nowhere to life. It fucking flys from 50 to about 93 before I could do anything. So i pop it into neutral where the RPMs hovered at about 4300 RPMS and I'm sitting there wondering why the brake didn't stop this from happening. DUH THROTTLE BE STUCK. so I figured better take her easy from here on out. Got down to county road two and thats litteraly 2 miles from my house. Was driving down the hill and coasting at 50 and BAM the magical bitch strikes again. Sticks down to the floor wide fucking open and hits 70 before I can pop it into neutral. So I creep up, going about 15-25 to the turn and i'm less than a mile from home. Heading up the hill I almost got stuck but thanks to the magical wonderfuck car the throttle once again gets stuck open and I ride over the hill at about 40 feeling like santas fucking sleigh.

Now I'm pulling into my driveway and I'm half way up when FUCKING **** it hits again. I had no choice I steered the bitch into the snow bank and made her stop. Popped her in neutral and waited for the RPMs to drop to idle before I put her in park. Before I could get her into park SHE WAS BILLOWING SMOKE! I mean more smoke than I've ever seen coming out of an engine bay! So I had my little gloves ready, I popped the hood expecting to have to douse a fire with snow balls but luckily it was all smoke no fire.

So now this fucking stupid thing is half way up my dads driveway kind of stuck, batteries dead and I don't know if it'll make it up without taking out his garage door. He's pissed when I told him its stuck in his driveway... I'll post pics in a bit but my steel toes killed me and I'm still defrosting.

Factory size...540 is the factory size for my truck to but you won't do any harm putting in a heavier battery..hell I put a 750 in my ranger

From what I was told it had a couple problems. A bad head needs a mirror and a windshield. Didn't know it was the kamikaze of fucking death!

Pop the top on the cells of your battery and check to see if its frozen. I was having that problem but finally got it switched out for a new battery!!

My ranger manual say's 540 CC battery for my 2001 ranger.

Go odyssey for a big ass battery. Remember big ass battery needs big ass alternator... and you'll more than likely need a bigger battery heater.

If you really want a big ass battery and are getting a bigger alternator you might as well upgrade all wires to 0 gauge.
