Yep. Insane mud and terrain. People don't even dare to head to the "desert" in the winter because you won't get out.

You talking about the desert in Bismarck? I heard its awesome but it's a long ass drive for me and I'm in nd. It would be hours and hours for you guys in the metro. Definitely not a day trip. More like long weekend
