Try chewing camel snus and other small pouched smokeless tobacco, I've heard that works. I know camel snus you can actually swallow the spit

I hate chewing but when my buddy and I would go out shooting I would chew griz wintergreen pouches. They didn't really help felt like I needed a cig after an hour like always.
