Pacer is a test on how many times you can go from point A to point B and vice versa. About a 20 or 25 yards.
You run when you hear a Beep, and you must make it there before the next beep that it is played( which is telling you to go back) the beeping starts off slow and gets faster throughout the test.
Definitely a mother fucker.
