Seems like "the power of love" thread. I also hate when good looking girls go for idiot/******* guys. Im sure there's a lady for you man. Just keep your eyes open. For me, relationships always start when you least expect them

yeah, but i'm middle aged. all my friends my age have kids who are around 20, and some even have grand kids.

Rejection sucks..but its better than regret..

U have to realize that if a woman wont take the time to get to know you and who you really are than that woman isnt worth your time or sweat..
If she goes to reject you..then u blow her off..."well your loss bitch...you arent worth my time".

I asked several girls out long ago that thought they were too good for me and rejected me....i told them "whatever...your loss...if u dont want a nice guy that would do anything for you and make you happy...go find a punk that will mistreat you and abuse you!!"

Now that im married...believe it or not...some of those other girls are still single and have been beat and abused by their guys....

Machine youre a retired navy vet....alot of women your age would admire that...but you have to go out and try and show them what they are missing....u cant live under a rock and expect miss right to find you.

Im not sure if youre a member of the Eagles or Elks or VFW but try hitting up those places now and then for a drink or dinner or watching a vikings/twins game...become a regular customer and keep your eyes out for the regular females....

You gotta try...and if u fall on your face....so what...get up and try again and again..

And yes...you gotta come to the october meet!!
The meet has nothing to do with females...just us guys chillin with our rangers!

The meet is Saturday October 19th. Spider lake is in foot hills state forest which is by bamijidi I believe. Glen will be on and correct me if I'm wrong but that was my understanding.
