I don't know of many vehicle off road parks in Minnesota. Only one I know of is Spider Lake /Foothills State Forest, Atv/ohv park and trails. Located not to far from the Staples/Leader/Nimrod/Pine River? areas.

I go there alot for atv riding and camping.

I'd be happy just having a nice picnic in a park someplace.
I hope more MN members are interested in a meet.
(my truck is not lifted and isn't considered "Off road")

lol I agree machine.
Good food and good people to converse with is really all we need.

But being lifted doesn't make a truck more off road capable, at least not a body lift lol.
If your truck has 4x4 and u can handle getting it muddy, that's what matters lol.

Yea I do have it, but sorry not wanting to sell it bro, I put it on my other ranger, my white one I am going to get running and use as a winter beater and an extra emergency vehicle for my fiancee.

If ur looking for a topper, aluminum or fiberglass, I have seen a few around on the st. Cloud Craigslist sections.

Also would u want a fiberglass tonno cover lid thing? A guy at work has one he has been trying to sell me, but I prefer the tall toppers over the tonno covers.
I think he wants $100 for it. Its black and nice, has nice shocks for holding it open too.

mines a 6 foot bed (shortbox)
styleside (regular bed)
I have a spare tire carrier in the bed, so a tonneau won't work.

Not to get off subject, but on the subject of Ford discontinuing the Ranger, and they say Ranger sales were down.
When I was driving to Little Falls, about an hour n half away from me, to get my fiberglass topper, i must have seen like 6 rangers on the road right after another!
I was thinking holy crap ranger after ranger, the oldest one must have been like a 89 model, the rest were pretty new, 98+.
I mean to see that many rangers in a row, makes u think, what the hell was Ford thinking discontinuing the Ranger!!
Like I said, I don't want to start a whole conversation over the end of the Ranger issue, just wanted to share what I saw, lol

Glenn, saw an ad in the mn craigslist for a 6 foot black fiberglass topper.
Anoka, MN, $150. looks ok in the pictures.
I was wondering If you saw the ad.
said it was off a ford ranger.

yeah saw that posting...looks like an older topper tho, has the two slanted ugly narrow windows on the back sides.

On a different note...
Tying to get more MN Rangers to join.

I put FRF cards on like 4 different Rangers in the Walmart parking lot today. One was a blue 2wd reg cab splash model with matching fiberglass tonno cover, nice little truck.
Another was like a 01 ext cab 4x4, grey/silver ranger.
Another was, maybe an 01-03 Ranger, it was red, ext cab, 4x4, but the front grille was all missing and had some damage to the front.
And a few other Rangers i cant recall what they looked like.

Just trying to round up some local MN members, lol.
There doesn't seem to be alot of MN members, looks like maybe 20? active members, lol.

It would be cool if i could maybe post a free ad in the local paper, you know sometimes they have free ads for groups/organization events, etc..

lol I also put the FordRangerForum.com decals on the side of my truck, rear quarter panel, kinda below my 4x4 decals, and one on the back tailgate. So like yesterday I was driving around town, stopped at a red light, had another ranger pull behind me, wonder if he saw the web address, lol.
