Yes, or a short in the wiring.

Minneapolis, MN is the only city in the US to have 7 major lakes located in the actual city: Cedar lake, Lake Calhoun, Lake of the isles, Lake Nokomis, Lake Hiawatha, Lake Harriet, Theodore Wirth lake. - This is why it is known as "The city of lakes"
I've actually heard of most of the companies listed, though, I didn't exactly know that all were located in MN or exactly where in the state. You could be a spokesperson. I've lived in Ohio all my life, and I can't tell you much about who is located here. I know Ford and Chevy both have plants, Kroger Grocery Store Chain was founded here, Wendy's (Fast-Food founded in Dublin), Nationwide Insurance (Columbus), and Proctor and Gamble (Cincinnati).

The Ranger hasn't been running for like 3 weeks now. I think the starter is effed. I put a new battery in it with no results....I've been driving the town car, but that quit on me last night when I was trying to start it after work.
It's not a battery issue - I tried jumping it with another truck and a booster pack at the same time. So the Town Car is stuck at work and the Ranger is stuck in the parking lot at my apartment.

So today I'm borrowing an F350 flatbed from work with a trailer and a winch, and I'm winching the Ranger onto it and bringing it into the heated shop at work. We'll see if thawing out will let it start up (frozen starter?). As for the Lincoln, I don't know what I'm gonna do. I also managed to break the hood latch catch last night trying to close the hood and now it's stuck closed. Fml

Got to get at least ONE working vehicle here...
