They don't come with basket mounts. Just 4 roof top mounts. 4 Straps. 4 Clamps. 4 Clips. 2 Bars. 4 bolts & nuts. And 4 no scratch rubber pads.

I'd use something like this. To clamp the basket to the bars

I think the basket comes with 2 or 4 clamps that attach to the roof bars.

Well I talked to a member with a basket and roof racks, he said that the basket should come with some clamps to attach to the roof racks. So looks like Im going to walmart tomorrow to pick some up!
