That's kinda funny in a way to also I have to go there for the same reason when i get more money. I backed into a tree and ruined part of my tailgate and bumper on my ranger. Hence the the bumper I bought yesterday

Well if anyone is going to that place, I know buggman is needing 3rd brake lights and cruise control pods, as well as foglight switches.

I would suggest you take some pics of the rangers and explorers and all the goodies in them. Like explorer OHCs and mirrors and visors, bezels and gauge clusters.
U can sell that stuff easy on the forum, but dont expect to make alot of money if u pay too much at the yard.
For example, OHCs sell for about $30-40 on here, so if u have to pay that much at the yard, u won't make any money really.
Also stuff like mustang dome lights, which can also be found in some f150s and sables and Taurus cars. Those sell for about $15-20 on the forum, so if u can get it for $5 at the yard that's good.

Well Acatually I got mine for free along with the third brake light because they invoiced my rear bumper for 70 and they dent know I was going to look for more so I came back with the 2 and they said I could just have them

Thats what te dome light looks like with the LEDs I put in also it looks brand new there is no scratch's and same with the third brake light

They say a winch is always useful, well no its not always useful, its only useful when u need to use it, lol. Otherwise 364 out of 365 days it sits unused. lol

Sorry man. Im slacking on the light bar, lol. I have alot of moving left to do and i am building a shed i bought, in the back yard of my new place.. trying to get that up to put my bike and atv in so i have room in the garage to work on my other 3.0 motor.
And Tuesday I am flying out to Colorado for work, will return on wednesday nite... i will try to get it all welded up next thursday, but its crunch time for wedding bells. lol

I've always been looking, I've gotten stuck up here before at school, but was lucky and this kid i know pulled me out, but now he sold his truck and got a subaru, so i just wanted the reassurance that i could get out if i needed to on my own, just make a hitch mount for it, and it would be sick...but take your time on that bar, you have more important things to worry about haha

No it shouldn't be really muddy, I dont know how much rain that are has got though.
I've got a coworker going up there this weekend for atv riding, I will talk to him about the trails next week.

At Spider Lake there is the two main dirt roads, one on each side of the main highway.
One road actually goes back to Spider Lake, the other goes to Moose Lake.
The main road, Spider Lake road, goes deep into the woods, and has many many atv/dirtbike and ohv tails that branch off the main road. And at some point, they circle around and reconnect with the main road. So as u turn off onto a trail, u follow it and it will eventually bring u back to the main road, at that point u just have to figure out which way to go on the main road, lol.
Its easy to get kinda lost, but once u are on the main road, just go left or right and follow it, u will either end up back at the main hwy entrance or a dead end near a closed gravel pit.
Now off the main hwy entrance, about 3 miles in or so is a big area for parking and unloading wheelers. There are also numerous camping spots off the main road too.

Now across the highway on the Moose River road, its almost the same set up, but there's also logging roads and a huge electric pipeline road.
There's also trails there designated for horse riding, so u have to be careful if u come across any people on horses.

Now what the dnr website says, I think it says there like 13 miles of trail, I think there's way more than that, specially for atvs.
The main Spider lake road itself is about 8 miles, so with all the trails branching off that, there's alot of miles I believe.
Now I have never been thru most of them with my truck, just my atvs.
I have seen many jeeps and other trucks out there though.

Does anybody have an extra gas can that they could fill up for me for the spider lake meet?? I'll pay ya cash for the gas, I don't have a tank up here at school and I don't feel like buying one just to use it once..

Is there a reason people are bringing gas cans? Is this if they are bringing an ATV?

I can't imagine going through a full tank in a single day of offroading. Or am I mistaken?

The closest gas station will be about 25 miles away. That will be your last chance for fuel. It also matters in where u are coming from and which way u will be leaving out. If u are driving a good distance, make sure u get gas at the last station. It may be closed on the way back too. So it's better to have a little extra gas available if u need it.

I am bringing 3 cans of gas. 1 for My truck, 1 for my atv, and 1 spare for Charlie.
