once u get that figured out, u should draw up a quick print for me and email it to me, gc_extreme at hotmail.
U can draw it up on paper and scan it in maybe?
The hardest part about this is going to be doing the mounts for the frame or wherever it bolts to.

Alright! 1 3/4" from center of hole on the tab to the center of the pipe! I'll get a drawing made up too

For the mounts you could use the two radiator support bolts or the bolts where the upper support for a brushguard bolt onto

I got the email sent!! And I'm not afraid of drilling a few holes in that frame around the radiator, its fiberglass so it cuts easy and won't rust

Yeah the bolts that mount it to the truck, what size are u thinking? 3/8 or 1/2?

I got the material for the tabs.
I found a piece of round tubing in the scrap bin that would work, but it was only 22" long

Why don't we go 3/8 because I know that'll fit in the fiberglass radiator thing

We have the material, I just dont want to cut it from stock and pay big $$ for it, when I can get stuff from the scrap bin for like 1.50 a pound lol.

CRS, cold roll steel, strong strong stuff.
We build all our machines out of it, except for the few all stainless steel ones.

My bud who runs the saw can "accidently" cut a 28" piece to a 24" piece and throw it in the scrap pile, lol

We have a servere storm warning in my area. Someone said 2" hail?!
So my truck is safely parked under the banks awning across the street from my house, lol.
I am going to have to build a storage shed for my atvs, motorcycle, and projects, so my truck can sit in the garage...but then my future wife will want "her" car in the garage. Stupid Pontiac.
