Depending how much weight you're using, stopping could be a different experience with the weight that far back in the bed. So just be aware people...

Stopping and breaking in winter on ice and snow people should always be careful and leave more room to stop.

And Machine...if its sagging down more thats a good sign, thats more downward force on the tires thru the leafsprings.

I guess what I was getting at is you don't want so much weight by the tailgate that the front end feels light and you go to hit the brakes and your front wheels lock up way too easy. Don't really stop well that way.

That or the front wheels don't have enough traction to turn.

Sprayed down the Rangie, refilled the washer fluid and bought some blinker fluid too. There's salt on the Rangie again!

I'm used to -10 now. I can go out in a sweat shirt and I'm fine haha I went ice fishing last night and it was -20 and I was warm I'm just interested in seeing how warm 20 degrees will feel when this clod snap is done. I'm heading up to Upper Red Lake on Tuesday to go fishing! So pumped! And as of tomorrow night at 5:30 I'll be done with finals and I'll be on Christmas break!!!!

I think as long as u dont have more weight in the back than what your engine and front end weighs you will be fine.
The engine has to be at least 700lbs if not more..
