Anyone here know a place to get a eco boost v6 3.0 in MN? I found a bunch online for 1200-1500. If anyone comes across one could I get a PM?

Re: Minnesota
welcome to FRF and the Minnesota thread.
I'm curious to know what a 1999 eco boost ranger is, because the 3.0 definitely is NOT an eco boost engine.
also, please save your money and do NOT get a cold air intake, since The ranger already has one factory, which is better than an aftermarket one (many threads on this)

I can assure you that the 99 is a 3.0 eco boost v6. They made them for a couple of months before discontinuing them. I'll post some pictures later for you. Thanks for the cold air intake advice I'll do some reading.

2 things
they don't make rangers with Eco boosts
and they don't make rangers
The 3.7L V6 twin turbo Eco boost engine is in the F150s and I think the explorers (at least the new cop ones)
Ford did make a 3.0 flex fuel v6 which just runs on E85 fuel

It doesnt "just" run on e85...it will run on it..but it will run on regular fuel just fine...
Flex meaning its flexible...will run on many octane fuels...

Fusions run eco boost. At least the 2.0 does.
