Pics? And would it look weird on a 99 ranger because of the body style?

Re: Minnesota
Woah Glenn, that's no bueno. Rest up and hopefully when it starts getting warm you'll be ready to go.
So I've got the stereo equipment out-
150W amp by Lightning Audio
10in sub in a grey truck box (22-5/8"W x 13-9/16"H x 7-1/8"-4-7/8"D)
Pioneer DEH-1300MP single-din unit with surrounding trim, wiring harness, remote, and dash kit to fit into the Ranger
There's also speaker wires and audio input wires long enough to run from the dash and under back to the amp. All you would need to wire this up in a truck would be the 12V and ground power supply for the amp.
The system sounded great in the extended cab, the sub was behind the driver's seat but the input wires for the amp would be long enough for the other side. The sub box is in great shape, so is the reciever, but the top chrome of the amp has some tarnished spots (see pictures).
I'll also throw in the manual/book cover (only) with the Ford logo on it out of the glove compartment of my old truck.
I'd love to get $150 for the set, am I crazy? (trying to alleviate some of the cost of the new truck)

Re: Minnesota
Man, Glenn, hope you feel better soon. That sounds like no joke.
So I'm wiring in my Hella lights yesterday (got about half done, gonna try and finish today if I can) and I am noticing that the light housing doesn't meet up nicely with the actual lens. Like there's a pretty good gap there where it seems like there should be a seal or something to keep water out. The way they are now, it seems like water could get in really easily. Is this normal?

Re: Minnesota
Alright, pending being able to sell the sound system... my new "to do" list. Separated into things I'm going to do soon and things I'd really like to do but don't know if it'll happen.
To do:
-front left wheel bearing is bad/noisy, the ocd in me wants to change it asap
-seafoam the vac lines/fuel lines/crank case
-exterior plastic trim pieces painted black (bumper, valence, door handles)
-adding a hitch and the brake controlled to haul our camper
Wish list:
-herculiner
-clear corners
-create a custom storage box for the backseat area of the cab for my dogs to sit on while storing stuff under
-red led's in the cab (under dash)
-pull a mustang dome and god knows what else from the salvage yard by my work
-POR15 the frame while its still not terribly rusted (and before I herculine the bed so it can be removed)
I "officially" settled into the new truck when I took my black dashboard cover with the tan Ranger lettering and put it in. Not going to lie, it looks pretty awesome on the black/tan interior with the black/tan FX4 seats.

Front left wheel bearing went out....3/4 of the way home from school and it started making noise...no good....$450 to fix... it happened when some chicks were dancing in their car and I made the little phone sign with my hand and said "call me" and then they gave me their numbers with hand signals hahaha

Re: Minnesota
Fellas, I'm feeling a huge burning desire right now....
I'm on the cusp of perhaps getting a raise and promotion at work in the near future and if I do, I'm considering buying a Bronco II and turning it into a project truck and using it as a hunting rig. Since they're so mechanically similar to first gens I figure I've already got experience dealing with working on the chassis....I just think it'd be a sweet little project. Trouble is finding one though....
My wife does not understand though. "Your idea of fun is to buy something that you have to WORK on?"

Re: Minnesota
Bronco 2s are nice..we had one growing up...i learned to change oil on it and learned to drive in it..
Women dont get it...we love to work on stuff...and it gets us away from them for a bit.
