Hrrrmmmmmm. I need to check if camping is open. I might pull my camper up there for the weekend.

BTW, can any of you guys point me in the direction of a place that does wheel bearings for a decent price? My front passenger is in need. BIG time

Maybe MIDAS, if you have one near you. Otherwise i know my local Goodyear Auto Service place called Brownies in Glenwood does wheel bearings and stuff.

On another note,
I went into Glenwood (8 miles from me) to go to Subway to get some dinner. Parked next to a white stepside ranger. Talked to the owner, a young guy, said its an 01 4.0 (also has powerdome hood). He thinks he has cam sync problems, hard to start, runs poorly, gets CEL light, said he's not mechanically inclined, has a bud of his do all his work, and his bud even mentioned it was the CAM SYNC thing and needs to be replaced.
Anyway i gave the guy an FRF card, told him about the forum, etc..
Hopefully he will sign up... lol.

Trying to recruit as many MN Rangers as I can...
I'm doing my part, are you guys doing yours? lol

Oh yeah, I work about 3 miles from it. I was thinking of camping there that weekend if the campgrounds were open.

Thanks for the info, unfortunately I'd never take my car to a Midas or carX or anything similar for that matter. Their shop prices are usually too high IMO. I was hoping for a ma&pop shop that can knock it out quick and less expensive. If not, I'd figure it out for myself before anything.

$12 and an hour of my time. Wheel bearing is done and I have zero play in the wheel now.

SO damn easy. :)

Jeremy can bring Burgers for grilling.
I'll bring the chips and snacks.
hot dogs/brats?
Buns?
utensils/napkins?
grill (unless the park has one)
charcoal?
condiments - ketchup, cheese, mustard, etc.?
I suggest we each bring our own beverages, due to the many choices out there.

I can bring an ice chest full of ice and bottled water, if we are going to bring our own sodapop.

I can also bring hotdogs/brats and buns!! Put me down for that!
Can also bring ketchup, mustard, cheese for the dogs.

I don't have a grill to bring tho.

We should make a list of who is bringing what, lol.

ALSO

Any of you guys eat Shredded Frosty Mini Wheats cereal?? I have a case of it i need to get rid of!
I also have a case of granola bars to get rid of!
(i work for a packaging company and get lots of products for machines we build)
