Ah, OK. I get over to Kirtland Industries off and on, by the airport, dropping chips for them to make wood pellets, then drag a trailer full downstate. Heavy stuff, 100k# plus on the load.
Also drive through there on my way from the Soo down to Ellsworth. Wow, you guys really get the shit drivers in Petoskey during tourist season!!!!

yes we do, that's also a reason I wanted out of the ranger, if one of the tourists hit me, I would've been screwed, hell, I had a couple close calls in the bronco...

Re: Where are all the Michigan rangers?
I like that right turn going south on 31 down by the hospital. It's not a bad turn, but I always take all the room. I like watching the tourists eyes in the oncoming left turn lane, with a 42 wheeler bearing down on them!! No, I don't even come close to them, but those people aren't used to seeing trucks like we have up here.priceless!LOL
LOL, if it's any consolation, Charlevoix is even worse!

That one turning toward charlevoix?
----------
And yeah, I used to live in Charlevoix, can't even begin to imagine how much fun it would be to take a 42 wheeler through there...
